I've decided to participate in the Peace Band 2024 challenge for War Child, an organization dedicated to supporting children in active war zones. This will be my third consecutive year fundraising for this incredible cause, while also pushing myself physically. My fitness journey began only recently, so I anticipate this will be a significant challenge.

As a mother, it is incredibly difficult for me to imagine what children and their parents are enduring, especially when they may be unable to provide basic necessities like food, shelter, or education. I am proud to think that I can make even a small contribution to their wellbeing.

I will be accumulating steps through my daily walks, cycling, and exercise classes (including intervals, indoor cycling, Zumba, and Pilates).
