I'm supporting the Drive Care Forward for Paul Sartori appeal!

This is a community campaign to raise £40,000 to replace the charity's Equipment Loan Van which helps them continue delivering vital equipment to people across Pembrokeshire at end-of-life with a replacement Equipment Loan Van.

From hospital beds and mobility aids to drinking cups, the free equipment we deliver directly to patients and families every day helps people remain at home with their loved ones during end-of-life care.

They urgently need support to continue this service.
