In 2025 I’m taking part in my first ever full marathon, supporting and joining my best buddy, Suzi Cumberland, who lost her mum too soon.

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is one of my most supported charities as they undertake such important work for those who are suffering, as well as their loved ones.

I promised myself I would run a marathon before I hit the young age of 60 and this milestone number is in 2026; so 2025, I’m taking on this enormous challenge - not just running the 26.2 miles and hoping my legs will take me to the end, but also relying on my mental ability.
