Ayrshire Cancer Support are delighted to launch The Ayrshire 100 - a brand‑new challenge for 2026.

I’ll cover 100 km over the full month of May, in whatever way works best - walking, running, cycling, swimming, or a mix of everything.

In its debut year, Ayrshire Cancer Support hope the people of Ayrshire will come together, get active, and support a cause close to home. Whether you’re already out walking regularly or looking for a reason to start, this is a great way to move more and make a meaningful difference in our community.
