My Mum was affected by Dementia from 2012 to her passing in 2017 and it is a terrible illness which affects the whole family. I have done a lot of fundraising for various charities however just felt that this year would be to help those who supported us and helped Mum.

Alzheimer’s Society is working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives and this has to be supported as our population lives longer.

AS do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

A worthy cause and hopefully by raising some funds it will join with others' efforts and make a difference.
