Rob Pavis, George Pavis, Kaya Cairney, Ged Stephen’s, Craig Knowles, Aym Dupuy and I are running the Bideford half marathon to raise money for the epilepsy society in support of my mum. My mum has suffered with epilepsy since she was 20 years old and the last few years have been particularly rough. Therefore, we’ve decided to do our bit and put our trainers on (despite some of us only having done our first ever run in September!).

Any donations to the epilepsy society would be greatly appreciated, not only for our family but for all of those affected by epilepsy whether it’s personally or through a loved one.
