As a young neurodiverse person with AudHD, I know what it is to struggle with mental health. I also know what a difference getting the right support at the right time can make.

So, this season as I compete in the Ford Fiesta Junior Championship at famous UK race tracks such as Silverstone and Brands Hatch, I am "Racing for YoungMinds".

YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life's adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.

With help I’ve overcome childhood anger and challenges at school to realise my dream of starting a career in eSports and motorsport and to launch my @payattentionbarnaby social media channels. In my online community, neurodiversity and support for mental health are (almost) as cool as the cars we race.
