Lloyd, Jamie, Cameron & Andreas are completing Tough Mudder (who's bright idea was this?) - 10 miles of obstacles challenges and rather a lot of mud this September to raise money for Haven House.

As you all know this isn't something that we would normally participate in but team work makes the dream work and we want up our gym bro game.
