Pirbright Cricket Club has a long history and is a focal point for community sport in Pirbright and the surrounding area. Its youth section has grown quickly over the last few years. As we expand and grow we need more space and resources to support training and matches - funds are crucial to achieve this.

The Young Leaders in Cricket programme is one of the many aspects that makes Pirbright Cricket Club such an inclusive, supportive and value-driven club. The programme provides an opportunity for Young People to acquire skills and competency in leadership to empower them for volunteering within the community of their cricket club.

We have a brilliant cohort of 9 Young Leaders for 2026. They will be undertaking a variety of activities to help raise funds for the club - from bake sales to can-crushing and may even gunge their coaches later in the season - all for the good of the club and the youth section!
