Hospice of the Valleys is the Blaenau Gwent Hospice, caring for over 500 patients each year. Their dedicated team of palliative care professionals delivers expert support through a wide range of services, including round-the-clock specialist nurse advice and intensive home-based care. Their mission is simple but profound: to help patients live as fully and comfortably as possible, with dignity, in the place they call home.
