Poole PCN are taking on The Dorset Plane Pull!

We are a team of health care professionals and care coordinators specialising in the healthcare of the older people in our community. A team of 20 of us will be (hopefully) pulling a Boeing 737 weighing in at 35,000 kg a distance of 50 metres. This works out at approx. 1750kg each....time to get to the gym!

We are taking on this challenge to raise money for Forset Holme Hospice, we work closely with their services and utilise their expertise daily in our work.

We experience first hand how important their services are when caring for our palliative patients. Patients and their families are so grateful to them for all their hard work. We would love to raise as much money as possible to support this service and help them to continue supporting our community.

Team work is a fundamental aspect of the work we do and what a way to challenge ourselves.

Forest Holme have to raise £1 million each year so that their team can deliver the highest level of care, when and where it counts.
