On the 1st August, collegues from Premium Care Solution are taking on an abseil from the iconic Coventry Cathedral to raise money for Backup, a charity that supports people affected by spinal cord injury.

At PSC, we are fortunate enough to work with clients who have experienced life-changing injuries, and we see first-hand the challenges they can face as they rebuild their lives. Backup provides practical and emotional support, helping people and their families regain confidence, independence and hope after spinal cord injury.

By taking on this challenge, we want to raise awareness of the incredible work Backup does and help ensure that more people can access the support they need when facing some of life's toughest circumstances.

While our few minutes descending the cathedral may be daunting, it is nothing compared to the courage and determination shown every day by those living with spinal cord injuries. That's what inspires us to take part.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will help Backup continue making a real difference to the lives of people affected by spinal cord injury.
