A group of dentists, mentors, past delegates, friends, and family from the Private Dental Mentor (PDM) Institute are lacing up (and getting ready to get very muddy) for the Tough Mudder London South on Sunday 20th September 2026.

Some of us will be tackling the 5K challenge, while others are going all-in on the 15K - crawling through obstacles, conquering hills, and embracing the mud at Holmbush Estate.

What unites us is our shared passion for dentistry and our commitment to giving back through The Dental Wellness Trust.
