6th and 7th Sept 2025 Westward Ho! adventure triathlon 68 miles bike, over night camp, 2 miles kayak and 24 miles hike.

Support me to help raise funds for a fantastic charity, Children's Holiday Foundation North Devon. They are a registered charity whose mission is to provide holidays of a lifetime to Florida for children with critical, life affecting/ limiting illnesses and disabilities.

The children come from North Devon and on most occasions are nominated by Paediatricians, General Practitioners, specialist nurses and physiotherapists. We have so far taken 200 children on twenty five separate holidays since 1993. We are now planning the next holiday for 8 more local children in April 2025.
