Story
So, so chuffed to have the opportunity to run the London Marathon next year for The Salvation Army ❤
Like thousands of others, I've tried many times before without success. Having lived in London for 10 years, I’ve always loved watching the marathon and soaking in the atmosphere, but now, finally, I get to run it (or crawl it) myself.
This is extra special because I have the privilege of raising much-needed funds for The Salvation Army. I worked with this amazing organisation temporarily during the pandemic, supporting the most vulnerable through Employment Plus helping them access the tools they needed to get back into work.
It’s a brilliant charity and I worked with an incredible team. I met some amazing people, many of whom I’m still in touch with today. I'd love the chance to give something back, so if you’re able to donate anything at all, I’d be truly thankful.
