Story

Accumulator Challenge for Rowcroft Hospice.
Peco is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, and as part of their celebrations they have kindly chosen Rowcroft Hospice as their nominated charity for 2026.
This means a great deal to me personally, as Peco selected Rowcroft in memory of my wife, Louise, who sadly passed away there in March last year.
Peco have taken on the Rowcroft Hospice Accumulator Challenge along with 18 other organisations across South Devon. We have until 31st October to raise as much money as we can.
We have lots of events taking place to raise money towards this challenge. Including:
Collection boxes at the 80th Gala opening days at Pecorama.
A pool night and other Peco fundraising ideas in the making.
On Saturday 5 September at 9.00am we are taking part in an epic charity walk from Cockington , Torquay, along the John Musgrave trail to Totnes. If you want to join us on the walk let me know.
Just so you know, 100% of your donations will go straight towards helping Rowcroft continue their amazing work. If you gift aid too it adds a bit more.
None of us know if we, or our loved ones, will one day need the comfort and support Rowcroft offers, but your donation will help make sure Rowcroft is there for anyone who needs them in the future, enabling more families to share precious final moments together.
If you could spare even a small amount to support us in raising funds for Rowcroft Hospice, would be incredibly grateful!
Many thanks for reading and donating, Carl
Also many thanks to Peco for choosing Rowcroft, my work colleagues both at Peco and Ratio for getting involved, Billy for the walk and for everyone joining in – thank you.
