Hi all,

Me and my friend Liam are cycling 1163 miles from Hook of Holland to Pisa Italy, crossing 7 countries, over 35,000ft in elevation all In 19 days and are hoping to raise money to help with men’s mental health.

The adventure starts on the 11th of June we’re we will board a ferry at Harwich @11pm sail through the night and arrive in Holland the next morning we’re we will start the ride. We will be Camping as much as possible along the way having a few days off the bike along the way and look to arrive in Pisa Italy on the 1st of July meeting our family at the leaning tower of Pisa.

I’m reaching out because mental health is a cause that a lot of men need help In the UK, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives—that's a friend, a family member, or a colleague.
