We are raising money for PEEER Youth Service who support young people aged 11-25 living with long term health conditions at Southampton Children’s Hospital.

All money donated will be used to support young people with long-term health needs to access experiences and opportunities they may otherwise not be able to.

Jasmine is a Youth Worker and Lila is a Young Person both within PEEER Youth Service so this is very special for them both!
