💚 Mighty Hike | Pegasus Solent Team 💚

This summer, we’re proud to be taking on the Macmillan Mighty Hike – Jurassic Coast (Wareham) on 4 July, completing the 13.5‑mile half‑marathon along one of the most striking stretches of coastline in the UK.

As a team from the Pegasus Group – Solent Office, we’ll be joining an incredible community of 35,000 Mighty Hikers across the country, all coming together with a shared goal: to raise vital funds and make a meaningful difference through this award‑winning series of hikes.

The scale of the challenge reflects the scale of the need. Almost 3.5 million people are currently living with cancer in the UK, and support services are needed more than ever. Each of us has pledged to raise £250, meaning £1,250 as a team, contributing to a nationwide fundraising effort that has raised over £70 million since 2015.

At Pegasus, we’re extremely proud of the collective impact already achieved. Thanks to the ongoing generosity and commitment across the business, we’ve raised over £25,000 so far, and with an additional £20,000 company contribution, our total fundraising for 2025–2026 will exceed £45,000. That momentum is something we’re excited to carry forward into this year’s hike.

The Mighty Hike is more than just a physical challenge — it’s an opportunity to come together as colleagues, enjoy some incredible scenery, and play a small part in supporting a much bigger effort.
