As shown in the video above i have set myself the challenge of traveling through my own steam from our Royal Marine Cadets unit in Milford Haven to the finish of the Cardiff Half Marathon by either Cycling, Swimming & Yomping. Its a fair old distance aroiund 130 miles that i will complete over a couple of days all to raise funds for the Royal Marines Charity and Royal Marine Sea Cadets unit in Milford haven.

As you may know I served in Her Majesty's Royal Marines and now Claire and I serve in the Royal Marine Cadets offering unique and fun experiences to young people. We have and are seeing families struggling post covid with mental health especially our young people, please donate to the RMA who I know work hard to support families.
