I’m taking on a skydive to raise money for Sherwood Foundation Charity, which supports children and young people with complex and profound disabilities and their families.

As Co Chair of the charity, I’m incredibly proud of the difference we make by providing opportunities, specialist equipment and experiences that might not otherwise be possible. I get to see first-hand how much this support means.

I’ll be doing the jump the day before my 30th birthday, so it feels like a pretty unforgettable way to enter a new decade — by facing my fears and raising as much as I can for an amazing cause.
