I’m a trustee at Ilkley Good Neighbours and I see first hand the amazing support they give to older people.

They help them with their shopping, befriend 1:1, organise social groups and events, a party for the over 90s and a dementia support hub and cafe.

This year they are celebrating their 50th birthday and I am running 50km to fundraise to keep them going for another 50 years!

I have never run this far and it will take a lot of training and pain, so please make it hard for me to drop out by sponsoring me!!!
