At Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, it is our mission to ensure everyone diagnosed with lung cancer can live well with the disease for as long as possible.

I am running for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation in honour of Jane Holmes, a survivor of lung cancer, a tireless fundraiser and an ambassador of the Foundation. Jane is an inspirational woman whose positivity in the face of adversity is awesome - and she is a really good egg to boot.

I have returned to the Swansea 10K after a gap of five years during which time I have had a knee replacement and am celebrating being back to a reasonable level of fitness.

Your support for this endeavour will be greatly appreciated both by the Foundation and give my aged limbs a much needed boost.
