The countdown has started, 30th October is the start of my big challenge to do the Inca trail trek, a challenging trek with some strenuous ascents climbing up to 4200m above sea level.

I will be walking for 5 consecutive days at altitude, covering a total distance of approximately 55km.

I am fundraising for Overgate Hospice who provide palliative and end of life care to adults suffering life limiting illnesses and support for their families. The work Overgate Hospice does is incredible.
