Last year, my Mum, Jenny Dakin, died of cancer. But her last few weeks were made considerably better thanks to the lovely people at St Nicolas Hospice.

I took part in the last St Nicolas 10km and wanted to do it again, in memory of Mum to raise money for a great charity that does great things for those in palitive care.

I’m also going to attempt to beat last years time of 1:21 (I’m a plodder!)
