I'm running the Bidwells Cambridge 10k in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK because our muscles matter. This will be my first ever 10k race and I've been training for it since the beginning of 2026.

Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 110,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. MDUK funds ground-breaking research into into treatments and cures as well as providing life-changing individuals and families living with these conditions.
