On 26/04/2026 I will be running the TCS London Marathon for the "Terrible Titties & other Bitties" breast cancer support charity.

This will be my first and last charity run and my last marathon, so It’s your one chance to get behind me and spare a few pounds. It’s going to be a tough 26.2 mile run around London and it’s also on my 58th birthday, so there’s another reason to donate!

So difficult to choose a charity as they all do incredible work. For me, given that my dad had pancreatic cancer and my best friend Neil died following bladder cancer they in any other times would be my choice.

However, through my families toughest of times in recent years, our close family friend Louise Roberts gave us so much support even when she faced the toughest of personal battles following breast cancer. For this reason, I want to raise as much money as possible for the Staffordshire based charity “Terrible Titties & Other Bitties” who Louise is an integral part of and spends so much of her spare time selflessly fund raising and supporting others.

In summary, the charity gives emotional support and pastoral care for women with breast and other cancers, across the Staffordshire area. They are a lifeline to so many in the most difficult times.

So, the deal is, I train hard for the next 15 weeks and then spend my birthday pushing myself to my limit. And you (PLEASE PLEASE) spare a few pounds, that will make a difference to such an amazing charity.
