So here we go.

1st Ultra ...why not make it 100km?!

We will be walking/ jogging/ running non stop round a 100k loop of the lake district, gaining around 2500m of elevation as we do. This will be more than double any distance I have covered in one go before so it certainly will be a challenge! My team mate has never done anything like this before so it will possibly be an even greater challenge for him!!!

No Spartan for me this year, all efforts going into this one with the assistance of Mr James Beale mooching alongside me!
