On the 11th October 2025 our incredible team of 4 will take on a 14 mile trail across 13 Tors of Dartmoor.

Despite my rather sedentary life style these days, I didn’t hesitate when my wonderful wife Mandy suggested we enrol for this challenge. Always keen to help others and make a difference Mandy Is the driving force in all that is good in our lives.

I am undertaking this challenge in memory of my Mum who sadly is no longer with us. As she deteriorated her one wish was to be moved from our local hospital to a hospice, sadly she became too ill to move despite a room becoming available

I am walking in the hope that this small act will help someone struggling with a heavy burden

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of the Marie Curie hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
