Join us in celebrating the heroes who makes our work possible. Every day at North London Hospice, heroes walk among us. Some wear capes, others wear scrubs, and many stand beside us – as friends, family and compassionate community members.

Story

On the 3rd of March 2024, my mum passed away after a long battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). In her last few months of life, she was cared for by the North London Hospice. The compassion and care they showed my mum will live long in my memory.

With it being the anniversary of her death, I've decided to fundraise for the North London Hospice. On the 18th of May, I'm taking part in their annual 10 mile fun walk around London. Admittedly, not the biggest challenge in the world but it's meant to be fun and inclusive :)

I appreciate that money is tighter for everyone at the moment so please do not feel in any way obliged to donate. However, if you do decide to, you can rest assured that your donation will be going to an extremely well run and caring organisation.
