This year I will be running/walking the Manchester 10k with my eldest son to raise money for the charity Kidneys for Life. This cause is important to us, as my wife was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2016, was on dialysis for a year, and then received a living donor transplant from her father in 2017.

Kidney disease is life changing and this charity does an amazing job supporting patients and families who are going through this illness, along with research into better treatments, and providing education and amenities to patients.
