Colleagues from NHS Suffolk & North East Essex ICB and Suffolk County Council are undertaking the Whole Hog run on Sunday 5th October, this mud run is made up of 30+ obstacles over a 5 mile course.

We are raising money for the Suffolk based, children and young people’s charity, 4YP. This organisation provide vital wellbeing and mental health support to our local population.

4YP provide 300+ hours of support a week to 7-25 year olds, from a town centre Hub and in schools and the community, through counselling and wraparound children's and youth work. All services are free at the point of access.
