We are riding to honour three beautiful men all closely connected as friends and through family.

Each losing their individual battles with mental health have left us far too soon at a huge loss to all those that have been fortunate enough to have met them.

Sadly this is all far too common with every year, one in four experiencing a mental health problem.

We are riding as a team with brothers, sisters and friends to raise money for the charity Mind who offer help and support to the hundreds of thousands of people struggling every year.

Oh and for the record I will not be riding an electric bike incase you were wondering :-)
