I've decided to run the 2025 London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

Partly its to support my mate Chalkie in his continuing work raising awareness of the signs of prostate cancer, partly its to recognise the bravery of Sir Chris Hoy and the way he is dealing with his diagnosis, and partly its for all men to help them know when to seek help or just someone else's opinion.
