Story
Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation.
They provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
They work in over 70 countries and go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go, for example in Gaza during the recent conflict.
The Bob Graham Round
The Bob Graham Round is a notoriously difficult 66 mile (110km) fell running challenge that involves summiting 42 mountains (with a total ascent of over 8000 metres) in the Lake District of England, all within 24 hours. The Bob Graham Round includes England's highest mountains (Scafell Pike, Scafell, Helvellyn, Skiddaw, and Great Gable).
I have previously attempted the challenge back in 2023, and hope to complete it this time.
