My story

In 2023 I became a customer of the EAAA when I was knocked off my bike by a car. I was badly hurt. The helicopter arrived from the Cambridge base about 22 minutes after the collision. The medical team stabilised me before I was driven to hospital by road ambulance.

With Cambridge Airport closing the EAAA need to move their base in order to continue providing their lifesaving support to our region. A location has been identified, but the cost of a new facility is significant. Please give generously to support this move and to ensure the team are able to continue providing the outstanding emergency medical service they provide.
