I’m running the London Marathon on 25 April 2027 for Whizz Kidz — and I’d love your support.

This charity means a lot to me.

A close friend of mine sadly lost his child at the age of just 3. Their family were fortunate enough to be able to afford the specialist equipment, wheelchairs and support he needed. But that experience has really stayed with me, because so many families are not in that position.

More than 75,000 young people in the UK rely on wheelchairs to get around, and many can’t access the right equipment through local services. Something as simple as the right wheelchair can mean freedom, confidence, independence, and the chance to just be a child.

That’s why Whizz Kidz does such incredible work. They help young wheelchair users get the equipment, support and confidence they need to live life fully — to get to school, see friends, join in, and feel included.

So on 25 April 2027, I’ll be taking on 26.2 miles through London to raise as much as I possibly can. My target is £2,200, but I don’t want to stop there. Through fundraising at work, events with friends and family, and a few slightly mad ideas along the way, I want to make this count.
