As you know I'm a single Dad, who has let their fitness slip a little in the last 9 years as I've had my hands full.

But now it's time to address that and dust off those old trainers and short shorts and get running again.

As you can see I've got a wedge to raise, for a fantastic charity that supports families, so whatever you're able to pledge in support of me would be welcomed :)
