On 28 June 2026, I will be taking part in the Brighton i360 Abseil for MindOut, a charity appeal close to my heart. I am abseiling down the iconic Brighton i360 to raise vital awareness about LGBTQ mental health and to support the life-saving work of MindOut.
Mental health challenges within the LGBTQ community are urgent and often overlooked. Many individuals face barriers when seeking safe, affirming support during their most vulnerable moments. MindOut provides essential services that ensure LGBTQ people receive the compassionate care they deserve, but they cannot do this without our help.
