January 2025:

Sankeys are supporting Leukaemia Care by running 500km on Thursday 13th of January! It will be a fun but hard challenge and we appreciate all the sponsorship we receive!

December 2024:

It’s with complete and overwhelming sadness that our beautiful and wonderful Vicki passed away on Thursday 19th December after her battle with leukaemia took her away from us.

Everyone has been truly incredible at offering support to us in this difficult time and we cannot thank you enough.

October 2024:

Maddi and I are supporting Leukaemia Care, by raising funds and completing the BrighTen 10k run on 19th January 2025. The challenge is completing the Run, but also how quickly we will need to be fit for it, a challenge I was especially delighted with!

As a family, we have chosen Leukaemia Care as they are a leading charity offering support to those affected by Leukaemia either directly, or those who are within the support network.

Life can throw many different things at you and happen at the most unexpected times, which is what has happened to our family. Keeping strong mentally and physically is important to get through these bizzare unbelievable moments, but we couldn’t do it without all of you.

In these times, the more help on offer the better and with the team at LC visiting those affected in wards too, the network they have is invaluable.
