On the 19th of June - I will once again be riding from Wolves to Aberdovey (104) hilly miles for Compton Care.

It is 10 years since my first Aberdovey which was completed with my brother and brother in law (Both Glenn’s!) watched proudly by our biggest supporter, our late great mum Mary. Mum loved the Aberdovey weekend and will be with me when things get tough as they surely will, Compton Care supported mum when things were tough too.

I am so proud of our daughter Jasmine who works for Compton Care and done amazing things with Gift Aid to ensure every penny counts

For over 40 years, Compton Care have been providing specialist palliative and end of life care to patients, and support for their families, helping them to navigate every aspect of life with a life limiting condition.

Ever penny raised through Cycle for Compton will be used to help patients and support their families, families like ours and yours
