For nearly 20 years Bryony and I have been supporting Graham Burns, and his lovely wife Lorraine, in their fundraising for Breast Cancer Charities.

Their lives have been affected by Breast Cancer for many years and unfortunately, now are ours.

In 2025 Bryony was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and has since been undergoing surgery and medical treatment.

Throughout this last 20 years we have been aware of the changes in healthcare, treatment and support, although we have seen this from a distance.

With the recent diagnosis we have not only gained a benefit from the time, energy and money we and others have commited, we are now witnessing first had the amazing support, information and most improtantly medical advances now available to anyone affected by Breast Cancer, Female or Male!

Bryony's treatment is life saving because of the work of charities like Breast Cancer Now have done and continue to do.

Throughout April 2026 we will be joining Graeme and Lorraine in attempting to walk 500 miles, and 500 more. We hope our contribution will bring closer a permanent cure.

We will be walking every day (fingers crossed) to contribute our 1,000 miles throughout the month.
