Following 2 years of training and preparation, I will be making my solo English Channel attempt in August. This is over 21 miles and will potentially take me 15-16 hours of continuous swimming without a wetsuit to keep me warm and only in a pair of budgie smugglers!

I will be raising money in aid of the fantastic Link Foundation who helped over 3000 local children last year with everything from beds to school uniforms, food vouchers to household essentials. The basics no child should be without. Please help me smash my target.
