I'm running this year's Bracknell Half Marathon in support of the Ark, the Mayor of Bracknell Forest's chosen charity 2024-2025.

The Ark supports people with disabilities and health conditions in Bracknell Forest, as well as their carers. From drama classes to support with skills, from trips to music festivals to help with access to healthcare, the Ark runs a wide range of services to support its users - and all its activities are user-led.
