Graham and myself have trained together for about a decade, taking on various races that have ranged from 10km to Ultramarathons.

With Graham moving away, and only so many adventures left before we cant' we wanted to do one last potentially unachievable event - the whole of the South Downs Way by foot in four days.

Raysteade is close to our hearts as we both have rescue dogs from challenging backgrounds, and I for one was given confidence in being able to cope with my boy alone after a separation thanks to their influence.
