We're Cornwall Mind, and we’re here to help. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Each year, the demand for our services increases as more people seek support for their mental health

On March 2nd, 2025, I will be participating in the Bark Run of 5K, for me a walk as a personal challenge to raise funds for Cornwall Mind. My target is to raise £200to support those who are struggling with their mental health.

With Peter, Lucys dog, guiding me, I'm sure we will get to the finishing line !!!
