Peters & Peters are raising money for Switchback, a London based charity that work with young men to find a way out of the justice system and build a stable, rewarding life after release from prison.

The small charity rely on public funding to provide 1-1 support to prison leavers. The programme consists of intensive, therapeutic mentoring, real-work training and a work experience placement.

Despite the charity being small in size, their impact is huge. 2,000 young men have worked with Switchback, 82% of those trainees have progressed from 'unstable' to 'stable' in at least two areas of their life based on the 10 Switchback Pathways. 60% of the trainees reach the charities benchmark of Real Lasting Change.
