On Saturday 20th September I’ll be taking part in the Salmon Run – a 43-mile ultra following the River Exe from Exmouth to Dulverton.

I’m raising money for the Westcountry Rivers Trust, who for 30 years have been restoring and protecting the rivers, streams, wetlands and estuaries of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and west Dorset. Their work involves:

✨ Improving water quality and habitats

✨ Supporting communities and volunteers to care for rivers

✨ Helping businesses and landowners use water responsibly

✨ Inspiring more people to value and protect freshwater environments
