On 22 August, I'll be running 5K to raise money for the Werewolves of London Disabled Ice Hockey Team.

My son Matthew has been part of the team since he was nine years old, and I've seen first-hand the difference it has made in his life and the lives of many others. The Werewolves ensure that disability is never a barrier to participating in sport, building friendships and being part of a team.
