On 15th June I will be taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride in aid of Cure Parkinson’s, a less well known charity aiming to do exactly what it says.

I've upped my game this year with a new bike and I managed to do some training through the winter but still with the same old legs. This is a chance to raise funds for a charity working to cure a debilitating disease which is increasingly affecting someone close to me.
